Roles & ResponsibilityAbout the role
- Telecaller will be responsible for upselling our products and services to potential customers.
- Telecaller should be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to Personal Loan Home Loan & Credit card.
- Telecallers initiate telephonic contact with clients in order to generate sales. Given their reliance on spoken language, telecallers ought to display excellent verbal communication. Responsibilities
- Sales through cold calling for Personal Loan & Home Loan.
- Calling customers and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and collect information & Documents for Loan processing.
- Transparency with customer and give right information about the process
- Customer certification.
Salary:
From ₹12,000.60 per month
