Job Description for an Office Admin Post- To ensure the maintenance of the attendance records of the office staff.
- To ensure the office cleaning person is keeping the office neat and clean.
- To ensure good hospitality to the clients visiting the office. (offer water, tea and sancks)
- To keep a record of mail received and responded
- To keep a record of petty cash expense and tea expense
- To suggest ideas regarding improving the office décor.
- To provide suggestions for the employee cultural activity
- To issue invoice to clients for the work done or to be done
- To follow up with the clients for the data required to file the return
- To follow up with the clients for the outstanding fees
- To co ordinate with the internet technician, plumber, computer technician, electrician, shutter person, carpenter, pest control person in case of any issue arising in the office
- To be able to enquire for the new quote for any work required to be done at the office.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹6, ₹8,000.00 per month
