Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance to the employer in various tasks and activities
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the employer
- Perform research and gather information as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries
- Assist with household management tasks, such as organizing and maintaining records
- Run errands and complete various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with children, including special education experience is a plus
- Educate or tutoring experience is preferred but not required
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
