Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent


Essential Experience

  • Fresher's or 1 Year experience in Application support role

Essential Skills

  • Eye to detail and good communication skill
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Work Experience in Primary Health Facility(SC, PHC and HWC)

  • Package install, upgrades in different environments.
  • Ensuring that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
  • Capacity Building of ASHA's and Staff at HWC's
  • Addressing the Issues at HWC's and Escalate Application issues to L2 Team
  • Day to Day Monitoring the Field activity
  • Provide Service and Support to HWC facility
  • Daily Report to PM on the Activities & challenges if Any
  • Supervise the work of staffs
  • Ensure to keep up to date inventory and stock register of all the stores and equipment supplied
  • Spreading Awareness among the community about HWC and Services
  • Coordinate with Field staff and L2 Team on regular basis to up keep the Application
  • Tracking and maintain of all the issue reported at the HWC centers
  • Provide training on Application to HWC staff
  • Provide Regular trainings to the team
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Flexibility responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work

Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
