Job description for Operation Executive

We are looking to hire dedicated operation executive, whose primary responsibility will be to drive and execute process improvement initiatives and optimize workflows to enhance client experience.

The operations executive will be responsible for overlooking the day-to-day operations of the company. They have to work on execution, sales, marketing, and all other areas in which the business operates.

Their tasks also involve ensuring that the operations are carried on smoothly and efficiently to meet the organizational goals and objectives.

Operations Executive Role and Responsibility

Communicating with executives and upper management regularly
Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures
Overlooking the daily functions of the business
Creating short and longterm operational goals
Suggesting improvements needed in different operations

Operations Executive Requirements

Having a bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management or a related field
Prior experience working in a operational role for an online company or startups.
Certification related to the role will be an advantage
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Having experience with monitoring operations and preparing reports

Salary:
₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
