  • We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a
    Tele calling Executive to join our operations Department.

IT IS NOT A SALES OR TARGET BASED JOB




JOB DESCRIPTION:
-

  • Making phone calls.
  • Receive phone calls.
  • Update & maintain the database as per the feedback.
  • Assist the operations team for administrative tasks.
  • Handle the official portals.

Requirements:


  • Graduate Degree or equivalent.
  • Must have knowledge of MS-Office i.e., MS
  • Word & MS-Excel.
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in Educational or any other organization.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Need to be fluent in languages
  • English,Hindi & Bengali.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
