Description
Job Profile:
- Handle Customers issues at various locations in and around Locally on technical queries and other issues on Tally Prime and give them the right solutions.
- Maintain log of the calls handled
- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
- Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with mínimal escalations on calls.
- Train the user on Tally Prime and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
- Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.
Eligibility:
- Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background is mandatory.
- Must possess a vehicle (2 Wheeler) willing to travel locally.
- Good Communication skills in English/Tamil.
