Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
- Take part in daily standup meetings
- Utilise and build FAQs, Solution Guides and Knowledge Base
- Maintain up to date and accurate process documentation Compile requirements for IT fornew developments
- Support requests from senior management
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a Customer Service environment
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience for senior role (preferably international support)
- Fluency in English. Additional language is an advantage
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Selfdriven and goal orientated + strong organizational talent.
- A positive cando attitude and collaborate with international teams
