Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take part in daily standup meetings
  • Utilise and build FAQs, Solution Guides and Knowledge Base
  • Maintain up to date and accurate process documentation Compile requirements for IT fornew developments
  • Support requests from senior management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience for senior role (preferably international support)
  • Fluency in English. Additional language is an advantage
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Selfdriven and goal orientated + strong organizational talent.
  • A positive cando attitude and collaborate with international teams
