Responsibilities of Experience Ambassador (GRE)

  • CRE should complete daily walkthroughs and assessment of the space, including visitor
lobby, employee breakroom, mail / printer rooms, conference rooms, huddle rooms, restrooms and work stations.

  • Should spend a minimum of four hours per day walking floors and engaging with occupants to ensure the space is functional, visually and environmentally comfortable, well
stocked and maintained.

  • Be aware of floor capacity/Bay no's and floor strength
  • Maintain conference rooms for cleanliness, assist with reservations and setup as
needed.

  • Well known, easily recognized and well appreciated by the employees
  • Join GRM in conducting Monthly Workplace Connect and Focus Meet with various projects on respective floors as per calendar. Ensure a proper follow up and closer is done
for all concerns raised during the meetings.

  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with all other departments
(HK, Duty Engineer, Duty Manager, Builder, Wellness room, Time Office, Security, Reception).

  • Maintain daily sang reports and ensure closer in stipulated Turnaround time. If no response from concerned team raise it with GRM/FM/Chief Engineer.
  • Coordinate with Floor SPOC/Leads for any furniture movement, follow process ensure a
prior approval from (MD Innovation Hub) and floor Leads/Project Leads in coordination
with duty Managers.

  • Take regular feedback from employees on Point of View App and update the CRM and
management.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees related issues.
  • Assist and advise employees on the best use of workplace and equipment's. meeting
room/Surface Hub /GYM.

  • Liaising with the cleaning team (to ensure that the rooms are cleaned and free of all debris after completion of each meeting and before the start of the next meeting) and all
other relevant teams that meeting rooms and designated areas are kept clean and tidy
at all times.
