Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive individuals to join our team as telecallers.

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products/services or gathering information.

Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and ultimately secure sales or appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to promote our products/services.
Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
Identify and understand customer needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Handle objections and rejections effectively, turning them into opportunities whenever possible.
Accurately record and maintain customer information and sales activities in the database.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels to nurture them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales/customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Salary:
₹8, ₹31,516.51 per month
