Collection Executive - Navi Mumbai, India - Paradise Group

Description

• Receive new booking information from project incharge. Accept bookings from sales team update in MIS, prepare file for allotted flat. Coordinate with accounts department for the same.
• Follow up with customers and banks for payments/disbursements.
• Send reminder letters/ mails for the outstanding payment as per instructed
• Update Daily payment follow up
• On daily basis update payment received bounce cancellation and refund
• Prepare daily collection report
• After customer mail & confirmation for RTGS/NEFT prepare receipt for the same and showing collection.
• In case payments not received even after sending demand letters prepare Revised demand letter with Interest(Interest Calculation on delayed payments)Call customersto receive cheque and issue receipts solve their query
• Provide all information to client include stamp duty & registration information Also inform about service tax & vat and collect it before registration.
• Prepare agreement with declaration and payment receipt send to the Registration. After receiving the registered agreement, inform customer to come and collect it
• Get sanction letter from customer if he is opting for loan. Make new demand Letter and POA letter (agreement POA). Prepare NOC in bank format as per Banks requirement
• Brokerage bills processing and follow up
• To report about all the documentation and the filing process to the HOD of admin team.
• To update all the records of clients like Payment due ,Bounced, and Cancellation & Refund in the data.
• Follow up with the parties for the due payment. Maintaining documentation (Internal Records of payment and personal Details with KYC process).
