Statutory Compliances & Audits

  • Management of different committees e.g Works Committee, Canteen Committee, Grievance Redressal Committee etc.
  • HR Documentation, Contract Labour Management and their compliances etc.,
  • IMS Audit 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2015, SA8000
  • Internal audit like Control of Contractors, 20 step audit, EHS audit etc., in Saint Gobain.
  • Customer Audit like Walmart, AutoZone, Syngenta etc.

Employee Relations

  • Employee's grievances, Disciplinary issues & Actions, court case matter as well as IR issues.
  • To impart Code of Conducts, Ethics training to on roll and off roll employees.
  • Regularly meet employees at shopfloor to strengthen internal vigilance inside the plant.
  • To create voice mechanism tools i.e. Management Talk, Shopfloor Communication, Daily meeting, etc.

Contract Labour Management

  • To conduct Contract Performance i.e. Attendnace, Quality of Work, 5s, Customer Feedback, discipline of Contract Labour, Manpower Availability, Statutory Compliance performance, Liaison with Statutory & regulatory authorities, invoice submission on time.
  • To conduct regular meeting with Contractor i.e. awareness session on various acts and implementation strategies,
  • Daily prepare facts Findings report to track abnormalities to track manpower entries, budgets vs. actual expenses, manpower head counts
  • Regularly conduct Contractor statutory compliance audits and tracking of compliance status.
  • Internal audit like Control of Contractors, 20 step audit, EHS audit etc., in Saint Gobain.
  • Human

Government Liaisioning

  • Liasioning with locals i.e Local police, Sarpanch, Land loosers, MLA, Collector, Sub Divisional Magistrate etc as well as for legal compliances with different Govt. Bodies under different labour laws e.g. Factory inspector, certified surgeon, Asst. Labour commissioner, GLO, PF Enforcement officer, PF A/C etc.
  • Implementation of requirements under different rules and acts in company.

Human Resource Operations

  • Policy preparation & execution
  • Manpower planning & recruitment.
  • Induction & Joining formalities as well as issuing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Reliving letter, Full & Final settlement etc.,
  • Time keeping, Biometric attendance software (COSEC, Fortuna, Scrum System etc) and Payroll process (Saral Paypack, Pay Guru, Scrum system etc).
  • Housekeeping & Safety in Plant.
  • Canteen, Transportation & Security management
