Description

Responsibilities:


  • Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
  • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
  • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team, and take direction from stakeholders in an effort to create engaging designs for print and digital. You will be responsible for generating design concepts, executing revisions, and meeting deadlines.
  • Design pages for print and digital so that information is easy to find, read, and understand.
  • Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
  • Collaborate with a crossfunctional team that includes marketers, creative directors, and product managers in order to create compelling designs.
  • Translate information about the business and customers into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Uptodate with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies

Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
