Internship opportunity at EldersIndia will help the interns in learning about working in a dynamic start-up environment and gain hands on experience on how to design and execute strategies, how to connect and collaborate with people in an organization, how to handle operations and give them a good view about corporate life.

Job Profile- The internship opportunities could be in

any of the following areas:

  • Supporting Operations
  • Supporting Business Development/marketing efforts

Responsibilities:

- **Operations related*
  • Design of strategic ideas to increase usage of platform by current customers onboarded
  • Design of framework to run campaigns to increase no of customers onboarding themselves on app with organizations
  • Supporting operations team in managing client requests
  • Doing data analysis platform usage/vendor usage/vendor feedback etc as may be required from time to time
  • Helping operations team in designs of campaigns
  • Research for news and events for hosting on the platform

Business Development/Marketing

  • Identification of potential client organizations researching data about them related to their people interventions.
  • Look for impactful marketing related stories online
  • Managing the pilot program in a customer organization by working closely with the spocs and running the program designed by EldersIndia and the customer.
  • Creating a marketing docket highlighting each of our service segments
  • Create a proposal on 'employee support group' in an organization to support employees who are caregivers/ engagement opportunities for elders of the family of employee. Support a pilot execution in an organization.
  • Conducting surveys with potential client organisations.
  • Support in other Business Development /Marketing initiatives which may come up during the internship tenure.
