Job Position:


  • Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:
-


  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Escalating complex issues to senior staff members or other departments as needed
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking customer interactions
  • Providing feedback to the management team on common customer issues and concerns
  • Providing customers with product or service information and troubleshooting assistance
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
