Job Position:
- Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
- Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Escalating complex issues to senior staff members or other departments as needed
- Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking customer interactions
- Providing feedback to the management team on common customer issues and concerns
- Providing customers with product or service information and troubleshooting assistance
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers.
Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
