    Description

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. OperationalStrategy:
      • Develop andimplement operational strategies to optimize processes and enhanceproductivity.
      • Collaborate withsenior management to align operational objectives with overallbusiness goals.
      • Continuously monitorindustry trends and best practices to identify opportunities forimprovement.
    2. ProcessImprovement:
      • Identifyinefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions tostreamline operations.
      • Conductregular evaluations of operational procedures and recommendenhancements to increase efficiency and reducecosts.
      • Implement performance metricsto track progress and measure the effectiveness of operationalinitiatives.
    3. TeamManagement:
      • Lead and mentora team of operations staff providing guidance support andprofessional developmentopportunities.
      • Delegate taskseffectively ensuring that team members understand their roles andresponsibilities.
      • Foster acollaborative and positive work environment that encouragesteamwork andinnovation.
    4. SupplyChain Management:
      • Managethe endtoend supply chain process from procurement to deliveryensuring timely and costeffectiveoperations.
      • Establish relationshipswith suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms andmaintain highqualitystandards.
      • Monitor inventory levelsand coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prevent stockouts andoptimize inventoryturnover.
    5. LogisticsCoordination:
      • Overseelogistics operations including transportation warehousing anddistribution to meet customer demandsefficiently.
      • Coordinate withlogistics partners to optimize delivery routes and minimizetransportation costs.
      • Resolve anyissues or delays in the logistics process to ensure ontime deliveryof goods andservices.
    6. RiskManagement:
      • Identifypotential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuringbusiness continuity and compliance withregulations.
      • Implement robustsecurity measures to protect assets and minimize operationalvulnerabilities.
      • Stay abreast ofregulatory requirements and industry standards related tooperations and ensure adherence across theorganization.
    7. Reportingand Analysis:
      • Prepareregular reports on operational performance including key metricstrends and areas forimprovement.
      • Conduct data analysisto identify patterns and insights that drive informeddecisionmaking.
      • Present findings andrecommendations to senior management and stakeholders facilitatingstrategic discussions and actionplans.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Operations Management or arelated field; Masters degreepreferred.
    • Proven experience inoperations management with a minimum of 2 years in a leadershiprole.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to make datadrivendecisions.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively acrossdepartments.
    • Demonstrated leadershipabilities including team management coaching and performanceevaluation.
    • Proficiency in relevantsoftware and tools such as ERP systems logistics software and dataanalysis tools.
    • Knowledge ofindustry regulations and compliance standards related to operationsmanagement.
    • Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities anddeadlines.


    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, OperationsManagement, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Provenexperience in operations management, with a minimum of 2 years in aleadership role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, withthe ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively across departments. Demonstrated leadership abilities,including team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems,logistics software, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of industryregulations and compliance standards related to operationsmanagement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptto changing priorities and deadlines.
