Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and documentation.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR field.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Experience using various recruitment tools and techniques, such as social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
