We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Operations and Accounting Specialist.


Operations Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Oversee the logistics of product distribution, including packaging and shipping
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 month to 1 year of experience in operations and/or accounting roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
