Sales & CRM Representative Job Description Template


We are looking to employ a dedicated, highly motivated, target driven and customer-oriented sales representative to drive sales and manage clients.

The sales representative will have to generate new business along with handling the existing accounts and following a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of the customers throughout all purchase levels.

  • Identifying new customers / promising prospects via networking, cold calling, customer referralsand other lead generation techniques.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • A team player with positive attitude & focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Polite, good listener, confident, target driven, presenting and pitching skills, adaptable, goalorientated and selfmotivated.
