Experience with design tools, agile development methodologies, user research, and knowledge of financial or investment-related products are preferred.

OnFinance is seeking a highly motivated Product Intern to join our team in Bangalore, India.

As a key member of the OnFinance team, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to contribute to the development and improvement of our AI-backed super app for investing and improving financial literacy.

You will have the opportunity to learn from and work with experienced product and engineering professionals, and to contribute your own ideas and skills to the development process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the product and engineering teams in the development and improvement of the OnFinance app
• Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps and plans
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Contribute your own ideas and solutions to product challenges

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, engineering, design)
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for creating innovative and userfriendly products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with user research and customer feedback gathering
• Knowledge of financial or investmentrelated products
