Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for complete Sales transaction from tele calling, site visit, presentation of project, Handling client query negotiation & closer
  • Telecalling leads generated by the marketing team and converting them into onsite visits
  • Regularly following up with leads and closing the sale
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Attending walkin customers and their investment decisions by pitching them the right products suitable for their needs
  • Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate needs and provide assistance, information regarding ongoing projects of the company
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with existing Customers via Direct Meetings, Telephone calls and Emails
  • Generate new opportunities and Delivering reports to the Management
  • Sales of Residential (Apartments and Villas) properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available properties
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market

Desired Skills:


  • BBA/ B. Com/ MBA/ Marketing/ Business Management/ Bachelors a must
years of experience in Sales.
(Real Estate Experience Preferred) Preferably from Hyderabad

  • Well versed in computer skills i.e., MS Office, Client Relationship Manager Software, etc
  • Efficient in communicating in English, Hindi and Telugu
  • Able to work well under pressure and target oriented situations
  • Reportwriting skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and problemsolving skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
  • Always Customer Focused, self motivation with good Analytical Skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to deal with clients with different range of background; ability to work independently

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
