*Handling Inbound calls (Customer Service)

*Need to handle queries related to US Customers Netflix Account.

*Designation: CSA

*Excellent English communication skills needed

  • HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Chat or Voice Experience.
*Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift

*Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday

  • Salary 18, ,000 In hand +2750 Incentives.
  • Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.
  • Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Berlitz (VnA), Typing25/85.
