Client Operations Strategist (Immediate Joiners)Requirements:
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
- Conduct both online and offline business meetings to engage with clients.
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop, execute, and oversee the business processing prioritizing growth and coverting the company provided leads
- Develop, maintain and execute relationships with leads that are provided by the company.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Min 2 years working experience.
- Proficient in documentation and notetaking.
- Agile mindset, capable of switching gears seamlessly.
- Exemplary timemanagement and clientmanagement abilities.
- Passionate about technology and innovation, with advanced computer skills.
- Prior experience in the software industry preferred.
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
- Organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance.
