Role & Responsibilities


Role:
Operation Executive (Field Site)


Responsibilities:

Planning vehicles as per manufacturing schedules.

Payment Follow-up from Finance Team to make due payments

Monitor the load which is going from Pondicheery by other logistics

Develop new opportunities & grow the existing the sales

submitting the sales bills & POD Collection/Raising the dockets for Pick-Up/Delivery

transportation should be up to date with failure

Handle the local Transportation/Air & Train Transporttation

Pre-alert shipment documents to Customers before sailing / departure of goods from origin.

Follow-up with forwarders for material collection request mail and approvals.


Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Computer Internet Applications for Logistic systems, Strong Communication skills

English (Written Oral).

Time management

Strong Follow-ups

Team Player


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
