Job Title:
Customer Support Executive (Female)


Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing product and service information.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience when using our products or services.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and resolve customer issues using problemsolving skills
  • Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • 12 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (required)
