Responsibilities

  • Interacts with service center personnel regarding customer comments and customer service activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintains department and personal Service Level Agreements, goals, and productivity standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.
years of experience in Customer Support with any IT Product/Services Organization


Required skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple system and tasks.
  • Helping Sales team to increase the customer satisfaction and finding the pain areas of customer to increase the sales.

Salary:
₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
