Responsibilities
- Interacts with service center personnel regarding customer comments and customer service activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintains department and personal Service Level Agreements, goals, and productivity standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Ability to handle multiple system and tasks.
- Helping Sales team to increase the customer satisfaction and finding the pain areas of customer to increase the sales.
Salary:
₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
