    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of Clients works.
    • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve social media strategies and tactics.
    • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.

    Qualifications :

    • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & .
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
