Description

A Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing a company's social media presence, including creating and executing social media marketing strategies, developing and publishing content, and engaging with followers and customers on various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
Developing and managing the Brand's influencer program connecting with the present set of influencers and adding month on month.
Creating and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitoring social media trends and news and tracking the company's social media performance to make datadriven decisions.
Managing and growing the company's social media presence by increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
Responding to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally, as well as managing online reputation and crisis communication.
Analysing and reporting social media performance to stakeholders, including senior management, and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
High on creativity and innovation
Possess strong analytical and project management skills.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required, along with 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Should be good in building PowerPoint presentations.
Should also be wellversed in the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
