Responsibilities_
In this role, you will be responsible for_

- _Leading day to day operations and dealing with process metrics_
- _Developing highly motivated teams and lively work environment_
- _Identifying process anomalies and get them fixed via conceptualization and brainstorming_
- _Driving efficiency in teams every year_
- _Providing Critical VOC / observations or bringing up patterns to the business in case of any anomalies_
- _Being able to work and operate in a high volume and timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements & customer demands._
- _Work with customers with a problem solving bent of mind

To be able to understand customer issues and provide solutions to improve customer experience_

- _Being able to influence and cultivate organisational change in teams_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Any graduate (preferably Commerce)_
- _Meaningful experience in banking operations

End to end knowledge of Lending life cycle_

- _Subject matter understanding of Personal and Retail Banking_
- _Experience with Six Sigma tools_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Excellent Social skills._
- _Experience in leading a banking process_
- _Excellent interpersonal skills_
- _Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations_
- _Excellent client handling skills to deliver high quality experience to customers_
- _Must demonstrate high level of personal integrity_
- _Must demonstrate a high level of agility, flexibility, self-motivation and energy_

Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multitask and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion_
