What you will do:

Provide technical support to sales teams during presales activities.
Demonstrate technical product capabilities to potential customers along with the sales team and answer any questions they have.
Assist with postsale activities such as training customers on the use of our products and enabling integration.
Respond to customer inquiries with technical information about products/services being offered
Have a clear understanding of the complete architecture of existing products in order to enable swift solutions with the customer.
Be up to date with changes from the technical team and enable a bridge between them and the customer.
Reduce the integration time with the client and actively engage in resolving user queries.

Requirements:

What we are looking for:

1 to 2 years of experience in a presales role or related field involving customer interfacing and architecting.
Experience in the banking space on the technical side such as information security and banking digital infrastructure, etc.
Competent to present in front of customers.
Strong presentation skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
