Manager


  • Training
    Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • The hired will be responsible for learning and development activities.
  • The role includes induction of new employees, and extended partners, POS agents etc.
  • This includes training related to health insurance products, selling skills and support on the field to demonstrate and observe sales calls.
  • The person should be ready to travel for training needs and should create and follow a monthly training calendar.
  • Product training

  • On field and off field support to sales teams

Desired Profile:


  • Experience in training for Insurance
  • Minimum 5 year of work experience
  • Graduate or Above

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 5 years (preferred)
