Qualification & Experience

A CA/CA Inter/CS/LLB/CMA minimum 1 year working experience in Regulatory/Monitoring and Compliances under IBC

Skill Sets required

Sound knowledge of IBC and its Regulations
Good interpersonal skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective drafting skills for Inspections and Monitoring related Issues
Good knowledge of MS Office

Job Profile

To conduct Inspections/Investigations, as directed
To prepare a report of the Inspection/Investigation(s)/ Monitoring/Compliances as per the Inspection Policy/IBC
To handle other tasks as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Compliance

To verify compliance of provisions of the Code, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Circulars and directions issued by the Board in undertaking.

Nature of Employment

On Contract basis for a period of One year as fulltime employment (Renewable thereafter at discretion of IIIPI)
