Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the bakery kitchen, including recipe development, production, and quality control.
Lead and mentor a team of bakers and pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.
Create innovative and visually appealing baked goods and desserts while maintaining a focus on taste and quality.
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, promotions, and special offerings.
Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Train staff on proper baking techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in a professional bakery environment.
Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with a focus on breads and desserts.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Creative mindset and a passion for developing new recipes and concepts.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certification from a culinary program or equivalent experience preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
