Notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for the event Weekly 15 High Total Monthly Manpower Cost vs Man hours Θ Select most suitable Chemical/ Tool/ Equipment for cleaning of different types of surfaces and flooring Daily 15 High Strict implementation of Housekeeping SOPs Θ Supervising and directing Housekeeping Attendents to ensure that all areas on site meet the established standards of cleanliness to assure guest satisfaction Daily 15 High Customer Feedback Report Θ Daily inspection of all assigned areas against Check-lists on site and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping Service or Equipment failure and take corrective action on the same Daily 15 High Mystery and Internal audit scores Θ Ensuring all Housekeeping staff is complying with the company standards regarding uniform and grooming Daily 10 High Mystery Audit and Internal audit scores Θ Requisition and maintenance of Housekeeping Supplies, inventory and equipments.

Arrangements for repair/ replacement in case of the damaged equipment through vendor Weekly 10 High Monthly MIS (Budget vs Actual Expense) Θ Take Daily attendance of HK staff and assign one Special cleaning task to maintain the site in all aspects Daily 10 High Monthly Manpower Cost Θ Maintain weekly record of manpower attendance, inventory consumption, Pest-Control Schedule and preventive Maintainance of Machines and equipments Weekly 5 High Weekly MIS Θ Provide on the job training to the housekeeping team and ensure smooth Housekeeping operation at the site level Weekly 5 High Mystery and Internal Audit scores Θ Perform job rotation of the staff on need basis to enhance their domain knowledge Monthly 5 High Training Feedback Job Specification Educational Qualification (Academics) Θ High School Graduate with considerable experience (min.

02 years) in Supervisory position in Housekeeping Θ Diploma/ Working knowledge of MS-office (Skill Test to be taken on site) Competencies Skills Should be able to operate all leading brand Housekeeping machines/ tools and equipments Awareness of Cleaning chemicals, their dilution, frequency and method of usage Understanding of various garbage disposal techniques and its significance Various methods of Carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning Marble Floor honing and polishing Basic First-Aid training Knowledge Knowledge of various brands of Machine and tools including their design, use and maintenance Basic understanding of English language Knowledge of various chemicals, their interactions, danger signs and disposal methods Basic knowledge of MS Office Experiene Professional Experience Five years of total experience in a 05 Star Hotel/ leading Cinema chain or similar organization Leadership Experience 02 years as a supervisor managing a team of minimum 10 people Other Experience Exepience of working as a Supervisor in a Facility Management company doing high end corporate houses Soft Skills Which soft
