**JD for Executive Coordinator

• Projects & Services*
• Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider.
• Planning and scheduling the engineer visits for clients for installation, complaints.
• Should be able to follow up with engineers on progress status of work
• Must be exceptionally experienced in coordinating with engineers & managers for site requirements & installation completion, complaint handling, etc. of assigned territory.
• Expert in close coordination with engineers and clients.
• Preparing & updating the reports for completion of installation & complaints.
• Create and maintain daily activity report/progress status report.
• Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs.
• Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
• Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
• Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
• Should be able to coordinate for imprest related payments with engineers and accounts team related to travelling and stay arrangements

**Key skills:
- **- 3+ years of industry experience in service and customer handling.

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
• The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualification B Tech/BE, Diploma in electronics(preferred)

• CCTV/AV/Electronic Manufacturing**
  Job Types: Permanent, Fulltime

Salary:
₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
