PositionSummary:
We are seeking a FullTime PhysicalTherapist to work in our Clinic. The Physical Therapist will beresponsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations assessmentsplans of care and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribedby a licensed physician. They will administer treatment plans torestore function and prevent disability following injury disease orphysical disability. Additionally they will participate indepartmental operational activities and ensure proper documentationand billing practices.

EssentialFunctions:

• Perform allphysical therapy duties in both inpatient and outpatientsettings.
• Implement patient care plans tooptimize safety and minimize risk.
• Demonstratecompetence in physical therapy modalities.
• Treat all patients with respect and dignity.
• Provide assessments on indicated patients includinggeriatric adult adolescent and pediatric populations.
• Evaluate interventions for quality safety andeffectiveness.
• Modify and progress plans ofcare as needed.
• Provide recommendations tophysicians as necessary.
• Coordinate patientcare and ensure compliance with policies.
• Document treatment and charges accurately.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and students.
• Continuously learn and apply new information in thefield.

Education:

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Doctoral degree is preferred.

License:

• North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure isrequired.

Certifications:

• American Heart Association BLS is required within 30 daysof hire.
