Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for sales employees to improve their knowledge and skills in selling to B2B clients.

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and modify them as needed to ensure maximum impact.

Create training manuals, presentations, and other educational materials for sales employees.

Train sales employees on the latest sales techniques, technologies, and trends in the B2B industry.

Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and training needs among sales employees.

Develop and implement training plans that align with the organization's overall sales strategy.


Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure sales employees have the necessary knowledge of the organization's products and services.

Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in sales training.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the B2B industry.

Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques, technologies, and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs as needed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to travel as needed.
