1.

Safety Inspections and Audits:
Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance with safety regulations. Perform audits to ensure that safety equipment is in place and functional.

Risk Assessment:
Identify, assess, and prioritize risks within the workplace. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and implement preventive measures.

Safety Training:
Provide safety training and orientation to new employees, subcontractors, and visitors. Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings to communicate safety procedures and protocols.

Safety Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, near misses, and safety training. Prepare reports detailing safety performance and compliance.

Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, such as fires, chemical spills, and medical emergencies. Conduct drills to ensure that employees are prepared to respond effectively.

Safety Policies and Procedures:
Develop, update, and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure that employees understand and adhere to safety protocols.


  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment is provided and worn by employees as required. Monitor the use of PPE and address any noncompliance issues.

Accident Investigation:
Investigate accidents, injuries, and near misses to determine the root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Document findings and recommendations for improvement.

Safety Culture Promotion:
Promote a positive safety culture by fostering awareness, engagement, and participation in safety initiatives. Encourage open communication about safety concerns and suggestions for improvement.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on changes to safety regulations and standards relevant to the industry. Ensure that the workplace remains in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with management, supervisors, and other stakeholders to address safety concerns, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve safety performance.


  • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)

Coordination:
Coordinate with environmental health and safety professionals, if applicable, to address environmental aspects related to safety and compliance.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety practices, procedures, and training programs. Implement initiatives to enhance safety performance and minimize risks.


Salary:
₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
