Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences.
Able to collaborate effectively with the design team to brainstorm campaign creatives, while also coordinating with the HR team on employer branding promotions.
Create engaging, relevant, and highquality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and more.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to ensure content alignment and consistency.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Mentor and guide junior members of the content marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
3 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audience segments and channels.
Indepth understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Experience in utilizing social listening platforms such as Cision and Sprout Social, among others is a plus.
