Roles and Responsibilities

Job purpose is to complete engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
To develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with supervisor and management.
To Prepare & Maintain Site layout, Equipment layout, Engineering & Project Related of all drawings.
To prepare & maintain of ULD, P&ID, PFD, SLD Proposed Drawing & Existing Drawing Work of all manufacturing Plants.
To prepare FDA drawings & All Layouts of all Plants.
Follow up with Internal dept. & External vendors.
Validation of HVAC Systems
To Prepare, Review & Maintain of HVAC Drawings like Ducting layout, Temp Zoning layout, AHU Zoning Layout, Pressure Zoning Layout, Classification Zoning Layout, AHU Zoning Layout. Magenhelic gauge Layout of New Manufacturing Plant as well as Existing manufacturing Plant
To maintain civil layout of Newly Manufacturing Plant as well as Existing Manufacturing Plant
To determines project specifications by studying user/management requirements and performance standards.
To prepare Proposed drawings by studying requirement and performance standards.
To determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
To prepare bill of material and cost estimates after completing technical studies.
To give material indent to purchase and follow up for it.
To determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
To maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
To controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
To prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
To maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Process Equipment & Utility Equipment Erection & Commissioning work.
To maintains project database by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform operating test to user/management for installed system or equipment.
Handover given to user/management after successful performing test with all necessary documentation.
Qualification: BE / B.Tech Mechanical
Experience: 3 to 8 years in API Industry only
