Have started the career as a frontline sales person with good number of years of experience
Have managed different areas as frontline sales person
Worked in different states of the Geography at state level leadership, at least in 30% of the states of the Geography
Has had exposure to at least 70% of the Geography at some level of his career
Managed Large team of State level and front line sales personnels
Experience in selling to Fancy stores, Cosmetics stores, General stores, Local chain of stores
Has contacts with large network of distributors in field of Fancy and cosmetic items
Experienced in launching new products/categories right from planning to execution
Should be a good Planner, Executor, Communicator and Trainer
Must be Proficient in English and should know Hindi well and other state level languages of the Geography
Proficient in using latest tools and technology
Should be able to control Expense to Sales ratio within the industry norms and work as a profit centre
Should be able to map cost effective territories for frontline sales personnel
Should be able to solve market issues keeping the company's interest, SOP and Market Hygiene in mind - all in a collaborating and ethical manner
Should be able to adapt to the company's working culture and value system
Should be able to Adapt, Follow, Cascade and Train on the Predefine Standard Operating Procedure established in the company
Should possess leadership personality and be looked upon by his team
Should be able to demonstrate leadership personality to the leaders of leaders
Build Consistency in bringing Revenue and Growth for the company's products
Must have a "Hands-On and Collaborating" style of working with the team of Subordinates and Colleagues and thrives on performance.
Willing to travel 20 days in a month every month
