    8) Job Overview
    As a Business Head-Pet Food, you will focus on developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.

    You are responsible for preparation and implementation of business plan including selection of team, vendor selection and setting up supply chain, meeting annual sales targets, building relationships and understanding consumertrends.

    The role also involves Business Development, Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing Budget, Strategic Marketing Planning & Distribution development and achieving yearly sales target.

    9) Job Requirements
    a) Education & Experience
    Candidate should have minimum Bachelor's degree.
    10-15 years of relevant work experience in Pet Food industry.

    b) Skill Required
    MVSc/BVSc is an added advantage
    Strong & proven work experience as a national sales manager in the pet food domain
    Ambitious professional with exceptional communication skills, assertive and analytical mindset.
    Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including CXOs
    Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
    Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
    Strong communication and team management skills.
    Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

    10) Job Role & Responsibilities
    Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
    New product development, process & product implementation
    Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    Resolving problems, identifying market trends, competitors share in market, strategy, determining system improvement, implementing change.

    Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

    Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
    Drives practices to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.
    Develop strategy, sales infrastructure (IT, systems, reporting), and operational sales plan for the company
    Conduct market research, fine-tune product positioning and drive the launch of the products Business growth and customer satisfaction.
    Conceptualize, create and lead go-to-market campaigns and develop communication plans for customer outreach.
    Develop and control marketing& promotion activities and co-ordinate with digital marketing/advertising agencies and media to execute campaigns. Maintain the balance of sales and collection.
    Develop, operationalize and monitor robust online and offline sales channels/partners.
    Conduct a thorough review of sales performance and analyze market trends and devise growth plan accordingly.
    Lead nation-wide sales team to achieve annual sales targets
