Process Coordinator - Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India - Servokon Systems Limited
Description
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes and procedures across various departments.- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to understand process requirements and gather feedback for improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
- Train employees on new processes and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas needing attention.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational processes.
- Assist in coordinating crossfunctional projects and initiatives related to process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex workflows and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
