Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes and procedures across various departments.

Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads and team members to understand process requirements and gather feedback for improvement.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
Train employees on new processes and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas needing attention.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational processes.
Assist in coordinating crossfunctional projects and initiatives related to process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex workflows and data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
