Client Service Coordinator Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional aftersales service.
  • Identifying various ways to overcome clients' critique of company products.
  • Maintaining and updating an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a very timely and professional manner.
  • Heading training seminars/ programs to enable client education to fully utilize product features and benefits.
  • Ensuring that the terms of sale are entered correctly into the client database

Skills Required:

  • Previous hands on experience on customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication ( both oral and written) skills with expertlevel fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage complex client situation.
  • Have good relationship building and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Tele Calling

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
