JDZuora Certified Administrator
Manage Zuora configurations:
The administrator should be able to configure and manage the
various Zuora features such as products and pricing, subscriptions, billing and payments, invoicing,
and revenue recognition.
Maintain Zuora data:
The administrator should be able to manage Zuora data by adding, updating,
and deleting data as required. They should be able to create custom fields, objects, and layouts.
Troubleshoot issues:
The administrator should be able to troubleshoot any issues related to Zuora
such as errors, bugs, and user issues. They should be able to resolve these issues promptly and
effectively.
Manage integrations:
The administrator should be able to manage integrations between Zuora
and other systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and accounting software.
Provide training and support:
The administrator should be able to provide training and support to
end-users on how to use Zuora effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with Zuora updates and best practices: The administrator should keep up-to-date
Communicate effectively:
The administrator should be able to communicate effectively with
stakeholders, including business owners, developers, and end-users.
Overall, a Zuora Administrator certification holder should have a good understanding of Zuora and
be able to use it effectively to manage subscription-based businesses. They should also have strong
