Description

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners to supplement our inhouse recruitment efforts.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• 02 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role.
• Knowledge of various sourcing methods and recruitment strategies, as well as a deep understanding of the IT industry and current recruitment trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
