We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team.

The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with daily tasks and projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and take messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations, using Microsoft Office suite or other software as required.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
