Description

As an Onboarding & Customer Support Executive, you will educate new customers about the platform, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our product /services.

Throughout the customer lifecycle, we aim to deliver a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process.


  • Own and manage customer relationships
  • Help the customer define their needs and requirements
  • Work with sales and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
  • Engage on virtual and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process.
  • Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers.
  • Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation.

Skill sets

  • Pleasant and straightforward phone and video manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (mainly English).
  • Organizational skills — you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized.
  • Highly selfmotivated and driven

Salary:
From ₹21,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
