About the Position:
A quality assurance specialist ensures that the final product observes the company's quality standards. responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems. Track and develop, quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans. Define and develop quality criteria and work closely with production, purchase and design team to adhere regulations laid by government authorities like CDSCO, FDA, FSSAI, NPPA, LMPC, etc
Responsibilities:
❖ End to end Quality Management of all the pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals and OTC products.
❖ Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of all the products and packaging material to confirm quality to specifications and quality deliverables.
❖ Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
❖ Conducting various types of audits (project documentation, Facility, Method, Internal and Process audits)
❖ Development, review, revision and implementation of SOPs as required by the regulatory and to ensure compliance as per applicable regulatory requirement.
❖ To ensure that all finished products are done as per defined procedure.
❖ Following Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for any quality gaps occurred.
❖ QMS Documentations.
Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
