- Implement and execute the product marketing strategy for motor drive solutions.
- Develop and execute effective product positioning strategies to drive revenue and generate demand.
- Gather, compile, and report market intelligence, including trends, competition, and key market requirements.
- Carry out market research and monitor competitor products.
- Articulate regional-specific use cases and needs.
- Define next-generation product features based on market requirements.
- Develop technical documents such as application notes and papers.
- Represent the company at local conferences and forums.
- Visit customers and distribution partners to collect market and technology information.
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Identify and create a value proposition for new high-value opportunity markets.
- Provide training and collaterals to Sales for effective sales.
- Manage the technical and commercial information flow between local teams and headquarters.
- Ensure all qualified customer queries are fulfilled, delivered on time, and meet expectations.
- Define and align appropriate marketing activities, including trade shows and advertising, in cooperation with MarCom and Marketing.
- Train channel partners, customers, and the local sales organization.
- Concisely report the state of the business and strategy at any time.
- University degree or University of Applied Science degree.
- 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Good technical understanding of motor technologies, motor control algorithm techniques, and motor drive solutions (e.g., Integrated Power modules, Discrete and Half-Bridge architectures).
- Proven ability to handle major accounts projects from promotion to production while interfacing with different teams.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- The position requires domestic and some international travel.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Technical understanding of motor technologies, motor control algorithm techniques, and motor drive solutions.
